DIY Workshop: Scallop Shelf

Get hands-on and creative in this women’s-only* DIY workshop where you’ll craft a cute 16” scallop shelf.

This workshop is all about learning in a supportive, beginner-friendly space. Perfect for anyone new to power tools or looking for a fun DIY activity. On the scale from Toolbelt Newbie to Carpentry Queen, this one’s beginner level.

Workshop Highlights

• Where & When: Multiple RONA+ Ottawa locations - pick the date that fits your schedule

What’s Included

• All materials and supplies (wood is pre-cut - no saws required!)
• Guided instruction on using an impact driver, orbital sander, and how to use wood clamps
• Your choice of ANY Sico paint colour selected in advance with THIS colour selector

Refund Policy: Workshop fees are non-refundable, however please contact hello@projectpine.ca at least 48 hrs in advance if would like to transfer registration to another person. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it may not be possible to participate in the workshop for safety reasons. A general liability waiver is required for participation & participants must be 18+ years of age.

*This workshop is intended to create a supportive space for those who identify as women. Cis and transgender women, as well as non-binary and gender-diverse individuals who feel most comfortable in a women-centered environment are welcome.
